1, lamp position adjustment; Because some lamp positions will shift or change in guest areas during use, resulting in changes in lamp positions, the adjustment of positions will be carried out every month, including computer lamps controlled by DMX512 signals, of course;

2, mechanical equipment testing, including computer lamp motor, color changer motor, nozzle of special effect equipment, etc;

3. Check all lines. Check whether there are breakpoints, damages and leakage, because it is inevitable that some human factors will cause various accidents to occur in the line during use, such as broken wires that are exposed to leakage, wires that are frequently plugged or have breakpoints, occasional leakage or even short circuit due to sprinkling of drinks, etc. Therefore, this check should be very careful. This test requires weak current to complete.

4. Clean up dust and garbage inside and outside the lamp. There will be some garbage in the use of the light itself, such as the garbage left in the lamp body by the explosion of the light bulb. In addition, the computer lights and special effects machinery that have leaked in the audience area for a long time are easy to fall into some garbage, such as colored ribbons, glass ballast, residual liquid of drinks, etc. Therefore, to wipe clean the garbage and dirt outside the lamp and remove the garbage inside the lamp, this link needs cleaning cooperation.

5, check all fire prevention equipment. Lighting and sound are the most concentrated types of work in the circuit. Strong electricity enters and weak electricity comes out. There are many related equipment and more related wires. Therefore, fire prevention is the top priority in lighting work. In the monthly routine inspection, the security department should cooperate to conduct comprehensive inspection on all fire prevention facilities and fire fighting equipment, the monitoring scope includes the normality of fire prevention equipment, whether the selection of fire fighting equipment is normal, whether it is within the warranty period, etc.

In addition to the above-mentioned daily monitoring, weekly inspection and monthly comprehensive inspection, the lighting engineer must have a good understanding of all the conditions of the equipment and the environment, and handle any problems in time, so as to obtain a good visual environment and have sufficient safety guarantee.
